Welcome to Maddle Brook Safari Tent
Chill out and enjoy the seclusion and privacy of the Safari tent’s peaceful location… in fact it’s rather like being on a little island as the camp is in a bow of the brook and accessed via a small bridge! A walk through the orchard takes you to your own private picnic and campfire spot on the banks of the river Wye, with easy access for canoes.
There is heaps of room in here for four where you can enjoy family meals at the dinner table or relax on the sofa/ A private double bedroom with an extremely comfortable hand made bed and a separate curtained-off bunk-bed den. A log burner is all set and ready to fire up, and the quirky kitchen facilities are functional and fun, just about everything you might need is here.
Miles of private walks, and fishing for those that want (for an extra charge) and also local spots to explore if you feel the need to get ‘out and about’.
10 metres away in separate cabin, hot shower, flushing WC and hand-basin with hot and cold water. Shampoo and towels are provided.
Maddle Brook Safari tent is totally off-grid. Heating in safari via log burner, wood provided and inclusive on a fair use basis. Lighting via solar and candles all add to the sense of adventure!
There is also a lovely large fire pit for sitting around at night, stargazing, and can be used for cooking too
